I think that people who weren't online since 1 week have to get kicked out of guild (or they have a good reason e.g. holidays / birthdays etc. ) . First example is PIJOKAS . Why don't you kick him??? He is reported as a ninja and got banned. I said it many times but nothing happens yet. I can't except that people join our guild and leave after 1 week maybe to a other guild or a other server...

I will not be attending anymore raids unless Nenad and Razzle(the rogue)is present. If they leaves in the middle of a raid, I leave with them no matter what. If they are not going, I am not going. I'm not the Guild leader, therefor I will not act like one. I don't know who recruits some of these noobs into our guild, but they need to be tested out before any of them can go to raids with us. I don't care if they have full donor gear and own WoWM8 themselves. If they can't handle a raid and learn ...

Cmon guys i get on wowm8 and no one is on. So then i see that no one has been on in at least a day. WTF?! cmon be more active in your guild. To be the only one on in a whole day is bullshit for a guild with 80 peopole in it.
